Transdiffusion Broadcasting System
Transdiffusion Broadcasting System

Join us

The Transdiffusion Broadcasting System is a not-for-profit historical society run by its volunteer members.

We are dedicated to the preservation of serious broadcasting history using the largest known private archive of presentation material in the UK.

We are entirely run by volunteers and receive no financial backing or reward for our endeavours.

If you wish to become a member of the System there are several routes - all are free.

CHATTERS

By becoming a Chatter you join a group of like-minded enthusiasts to talk about the subject that matters most to you.  Our current chat groups are MHPchat for television presentation, MHPpolitics for media industry discussions, WireList for all things radio and SoundsON for serious discussion of TV music.  Membership is free, although some services are supported by advertising from the provider which Transdiffusion does not benefit from.  Interested?  Contact us!

CONTRIBUTORS

To become a Transdiffusion Contributor you need to send us an article for use on EMC, RMC or TMC.  This is best achieved by joining the TBS Writers' Forum, though this is not compulsory.  Interested?  Contact us!

METAMeta EditorEDITORS

Electromusications, our broadcasting magazine, contains several sections that require meta editors.  These sections - ranging from Vision On to GeoHistory and Ident - need people who can contribute articles and solicit articles from friends and the All Talk forums.  No HTML experience is required - everything is done on a 1-2-1 basis with the Staff Editors of EMC.  Contact the Editor of EMC for more information.

Any questions about levels of membership?  If so contact us by email and an Editor will be glad to help.
