Mike Brown was born in Hertfordshire some time towards the end of the previous century, and has been getting rapidly older ever since. He remembers where he was when President Kennedy was shot - he was at home watching the first ever episode of Dr. Who. He began a life-long interest in recording at the age of eight when he placed a microphone in front of the television and recorded the sound of that episode. He has somehow managed to turn his interest in sound and recording into a career which he now combines with his love of computers. Mike occasionally puts his interest in radio into practice and has broadcast on hospital radio and RSL station Pilgrim FM in Canterbury. His own Internet web site was established in 1996 and is now a staff editor for - and one of the founder members of - the current reincarnation of Transdiffusion. He is also a partner in a growing Internet hosting company AstroHosts which provides online facilities for Transdiffusion. |
