OFCOM examines future of S4C.

BBC News Wales reports that OFCOM is considering three options for the future of Welsh fourth channel Sianel Pedwar Cymru (S4C). The options are, maintaining the status quo, bringing S4C under the wing of the BBC, or keeping the authority and have it licence programme providers, ala the old ITA/IBA system.

Well, whilst all the ideas appeal, it has to be said that there is no need for any change in the way S4C is. There is an old saying. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. S4C is certainly not broken, so there is no need for change.
