So Sky think 80% of the population will have pay-TV. Goodness knows how. Are there that many people who will keep on stumping up the cash for endless repeats of TV programmes from yesteryear and dodgy American imports?
Well no doubt there will be because Sky will have foisted an expensive Sky + PVR box on them, and without their subscription the confounded thing would just be a large white elephant sat in the corner of the room.
