Simon Luxton

We are very sad to learn of the death of Transdiffusion contributor, Simon Luxton.

Simon will be known by many as the founder and editor of the well known and highly regarded Grange Hill Online website, devoted to the BBC children's drama programme of the same name.

He was also a contributor to TV Ark, regular poster to the MHP Chat mailing list and contributed to a number of other presentation websites including a writing several articles for Transdiffusion, including recent series on television presentation, and a celebration of thirty years of Grange Hill.

Simon had suffered a heart condition since birth, and he died aged 35. He will be greatly missed and our thoughts and best wishes go out to all his family and friends at this time.

A tribute book is open on Grange Hill Online for thoughts and memories of Simon.
