Attack of the silly TV station names

Where Dave leads, "Fiver" apparently follows as digital channel Five Life, is getting a new name.

Apparently the new name for the station (which its Director of Programmes proclaimes has "enjoyed considerable success" - so successful in their minds that clearly they need to totally rename it after just 18 months on air) is part of a move to make the station "younger, faster, louder".

Quite what that means is frankly anyone's guess, although given what other channels believe the "yoot" like, it will probably involve a an even bigger on screen logo (not that you can actually get much bigger than Five Life's current one) in bright colours and little else.

Can't contain your excitment? Well you'll have to as it's not launching until the end of April...
