The announcement has been made of all the nominees in the various categories of the National Hospital Radio Awards, which will be presented at the HBA Spring Conference in Belfast on April 2nd 2005. The UK Radio website has full details of all the nominees, but I will mention here the stations that have been nominated for Station Of The Year.

Congratulations to all the stations who have been nominated for awards this time round, and on a personal note., congratulations in particular to my local hospital radio station, Truro Hospital Radio, who have recieved two nominations this year, one in the Specialist Music category and one in the Best Children's Output category.
