The words you're putting in my mouth are making me sick

I'm rather bemused with the habit the BBC, ITV and others have developed of "loading" phone or internet poll questions. Instead of asking for straight yes or no reponses to yes or no questions, you get:

Was 70s TV better than today's?

  • Better, I'm a miserable wanker who can't get laid.
  • Worse, I'm a stallion in bed with a 12" dick.

Then you can get the enevitable headline "100% of viewers think modern telly is better than 70s TV".
