VG Nett: Fjernkontrollen fyller 50
It's 50 years since the first remote control was unleashed on the world, by all accounts - well this Norwegian account anyway. But the fact that only our Scandinavian friends seem to have noticed this momentous piece of television history, should not stop us from celebrating it!
So lets press a button on the remote to get the robotic arm to raise a glass to our armchair friend! Hurrah!
