And you thought ITV couldn't get any worse...

Media Week: Green light for launch of ITV?s third channel

Apparantly ITV are developing ITV3, which will show the amazing combination of films and lifestyle programming, as well as providing a chance to develop new programmes for ITV1.

It's all in the early stages, but given the trouble they seem to have actually putting anything decent on ITV2 that isn't looped Corrie, US imports or bad "behind the scenes" shows, what hope is there for this latest venture?
